Sri Sai Dental Clinic & Implant Centre
Healthcare Website“High-converting dental website that turns visitors into booked appointments.”
The Problem
Sri Sai Dental Clinic — a premier implant centre in Dehradun — had no digital presence despite 15+ years of experience and 8,000+ patients served. They needed a website that could generate real patient leads via WhatsApp and calls, build trust for high-ticket treatments like dental implants, and communicate the expertise of two specialist doctors to a mobile-first, price-sensitive local audience.
What We Built
Built a full-stack Next.js 14 website with a conversion-first architecture. Designed a brand-aligned dark theme using the clinic's cyan-teal identity, integrated real doctor photos and clinic branding, and implemented a WhatsApp lead capture system with prefilled patient messages. Developed 7 pages including a filterable treatment gallery with lightbox, video testimonial section, step-by-step implant process page, and animated parallax sections. Optimised for mobile-first experience, SEO with local business schema markup, and fast load performance.

Distributed Sync ERP

The Problem
Maritime systems operate in highly unreliable network conditions, with vessels frequently offline for extended periods. Traditional architectures fail under these constraints, leading to data inconsistencies, sync conflicts, and operational risk.
What We Built
Designed and implemented a distributed, offline-first synchronization engine tailored for maritime environments. The system captures database-level changes, batches and encrypts them, and processes them through controlled sync pipelines. Conflict avoidance is enforced via write ownership rules, ensuring deterministic and reliable data convergence across ship and shore systems.

Himalayan Centre for Innovation

The innovation centre needed a CMS-powered web platform that non-technical staff could update independently, with fast data retrieval and a clean public-facing UI.
