3Bways started with a simple realisation: most small businesses and startups in India can't afford a big agency — and big agencies wouldn't give them the attention they deserve anyway.
We're three people who each went deep in a specific discipline — business development, enterprise engineering, and full-stack product development — and combined those skills into one lean, responsive team.
Our Story
Why “3Bways”?
The name is literal. Three people. Three distinct backgrounds. Three ways of looking at every problem — from the business angle, the systems angle, and the product angle.
Most agencies are either design-led or dev-led. We built 3Bways with a business-lead at the front so clients always feel heard, and engineers at the back so the work is always solid.

Vansh is the face of 3Bways. He handles client acquisition, project scoping, KPI reporting, and marketing analytics. With a background in business analysis, he translates messy business problems into clear product specs — bridging the gap between what clients want and what the team builds.
